Refund policy

First, thank you for being a Salt & Saddle Living customer, we appreciate your trust in letting us into your home.

Publications Returns and Refunds

Publication sales (single issues or subscriptions) are final.
You may cancel your subscription 15 business days before renewal so that your subscription will not auto-renew (see the cancellation policy for more information). However, any publication subscriptions you have already purchased will not be refunded. This means that if you purchase a one-year subscription and want to cancel part way through the year, you may cancel the subscription to prevent annual renewal, but you will not be refunded for your original order and will continue to receive the printed publication for the remainder of your subscription. Gifted subscriptions are also non-refundable.
If a subscriber changes addresses, they are responsible for updating their subscription preferences by contacting us at saltandsaddlemag@gmail.com.
If a billing error has occurred, please contact us immediately to resolve this issue. Provide proof of error to saltandsaddlemag@gmail.com for review and correction if valid.

Merchandise Returns and Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at saltandsaddlemag@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged, lost, delayed, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Include any photos and other proof of any delivery issues and replacement will be considered. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
